Re-keying existing locks on front and rear access door. One Lock per door.

Initial Interior Cleaning
Pool Service (monthly)
Periodic Home Cleaning (twice monthly)
Smoke Detector (one time)
Trash Out/Debris Removal:
Complete trash and debris removal as directed by the client. Typical time
frame is less than 48hrs. Additional time may be required for excessive
debris.
Evictions:
Removal of personal property in accordance with state and local laws. If
needed, personal property will be documented and stored. Notifications will
be sent to client's attorney.
Boarding/Securing:
When requested by clients, or when vandalism occurs. Typical time frame is
less than 48hrs
Initial Yard Maintenance:
Lawn care provided in conjunction with and after services are completed
Remodeling and Repair:
All remodeling is done in accordance with local building codes under permit
and by licensed and insured contractors. Minor repair work can be done to
client specifications.
Inspections:
Drive by inspection is provided to determine occupancy within 24 hrs. BPO by
licensed agent also available upon request.
